okie la...yesterday started quite okie la...lolz..go to sch
then sch ends at 12.30pm...time passes v.fast
then after tt went home to prepare to go bk to sch for poly open house
then after tt like 2.30 we set off to NYP..lolz...
was okie la...but i knew tt todae will be a long day cause afetr visiting i still needa go work
then went is time for the bus to fecth us go bk hor...then we like waiting for a bus for like 30min la..i alraedy rushing for time liao..then still need to wait
then nvm..late liao oso nothing to do

ok...here come the part where it realli ruin my day...
k...i went to work...lols...is tt gay manager again...nothing much...
then after working for awhile la..then i doin floor ma...
then i started to make some mistake liao..then he jus call mi to come and there go is fuckin nagging again...
i was...wad the fuck la...i jus did 1 small mistake...u need to tok so much?
nvm..i tahan...then after tt i did something wrong again...jus table num behind add one "+" because add on orders..then i nvr put..nb...i get another scoldin...wtf la..by now my tem is realli risin like siao la
then custumor ordered something...then request add some almond nibs...then i wrote down la
he then order mi come here again...then scold mi "we hv no such thing as add some almond nib blablalba..."....i was like ok.ok.ok....right ear in...left ear out...my face is realli very black...until my fren staff asked mi am i okie anot...then they ask is it manager..t.hen i say yea lor...
then they say"aiya...he stress ma...thus like tt lor"
i was like wtf la...everytime he stress/angry...we are the one who kena all the scoldin la..are we anger bin or something?everyone hv their own prob wad...not only u stress k?
when i hv many customer to handle...did i vent my anger out to anyone?no right?
if u wan staff to work smooth and happily..then he should treat his staff good wad...
scold liao still where got mood to work..walao...
then after tt he say to mi and another staff(we were chattin for awhile nia)
then tell us...dun jus stand there do nothing...i see kalimah(another floor staff) doin everything...
i was like WTF la...walao..i did so much fuckin thing la...walao...
and yet he say i did nothing...bloody hell fuck off la hor..walao..nb
all the good work i done so far all not being reconise....all the bad thing all he say...wtf la...
i realli feel like goin to other store to work or jus simply quit this job and find other la
btw...he i realli left...he is jus losing a realli good staff lor...i not sayin myself good
but i got prove lor....look at the list i done within 2 months
1. assit manager said i done a good at haagen dazs
2. supervisor said im good in kitchen.ranked mi 3. in kitchen
3.mysterious shopper 86/100 marks
4.office ppl came to test on christmas creation...comment>very good
5.tempo supervisor said to mi "not bad ar.worked only 2months and know everything in store"
6.some staff oso said im good cause i can work kitchen and staff...know everything
7.never once a customer complain about mi,only good attiutude from customer

who can accomplice all these within 2 months...i doubt there aint many out there...
i did all these jus to prove everyone im good....in the end..manager treat it as nothing...
wtf...if he wan fired mi away..i more then happy to accept...he jus losin a good staff
and btw...some background info about my store...last time used to hv alot of ITE student one,
then many quite because of 1 reason...cause manager changed to this gay manager
got 1 case is gay manager scold 1 ITE staff la...then tt ITE abit no happi la..
then told everyone not to work...then realli everyone nvr work and quited la
now haagen dazs all new staff lor...only left 1 or 2 old staff

i decided liao...when assit manager go's to other store to work..then i oso quit
or supervisor quit,..then i oso quit....
walao....i nvr quit haagen dazs because of i dun bear to left some staff/ assit manager etc
fuck sia...everytime need to see tt ahgua manager...walao...dulan man...everytime i tahan...i now realli tahan until cannot already...

sorri for usin some vulgar words...but if u know how i feel right now ar...then u will understand y i will scold...grrrrr
